TROTINA Auto, s.r.o. deals with sales and service of used cars and utility vehicles. Our company operates in Hradec Králové county, where we currently operate 4 used car dealerships and 1 garage. Its origin dates back to 1999, when the company was established.
Our philosophy
We try to offer 100% quality and reliability and thus ensure customer satisfaction. Our principle is to provide every client with the maximum services that he or she could need. We know that a vehicle purchase is not a standard everyday occurrence. Therefore, we make sure that the vehicles we offer are in the best possible condition. Before putting each vehicle on sale we first perform a pre-sale check during which we discover possible deficiencies that we subsequently professionally repair. For that we use our own car-servicing equipped with modern diagnostic devices. We have adequate repair equipment operated by a team of trained mechanics.
We offer quality and guarantees
Pre-sale check
Each vehicle that we offer to our customers has to go through an acceptance input check at several inspection centres before it is finally put on sale at our used car dealership.
Sale and after-sale guarantee
- If a customer for any reason is not satisfied with his or her selection, he or she can exchange the selected vehicle for another one within 24 hours of the purchase;
- We provide a statutory guarantee for each vehicle for 12 months from the day of purchase;
- Of course we provide a certificate of vehicle origin for all of the offered vehicles.
Own car-servicing centre
- You can use our garage services;
- You will thus have the guarantee of quality care for your car and, in case of necessity, the certainty of faultless repair;
- We will perform a service inspection on cars bought from one of our used car dealerships for free.
Vehicle purchasing
We buy vehicles from our customers for cash and carry on consignment sale as well. You can also sell your car in the form of part-exchange, i.e. exchange your car for a new one.
